Telework, virtual work or telework

The research aimed to define competencies for telework through a systematic review of the literature, two-stage survey: (I) bibliographic survey in Web Science (WoS) database, and (II) selection articles published between years 2016 2020, after reading abstracts, based on criterion adherence theme, further appreciation presentation studies. As result, definitions are gathered around four macro-competencies, which situate knowledge, skills, attitudes values necessary virtual context, combine separation technical support with words “Collaborative work”, “Problem-based learning”, “Team work” Interculture. These are: Technical-operational telework, Technical-relational (III) Support organizational-managerial (IV) Leadership organizational supporting telework.
